I loved watching the way Ari and Judah navigate their very different romantic histories and their seemingly opposite visions for their romantic futures. Seeing each grow and compromise, wrestling with the perceptions of their families and Judah’s fans, was so, so compelling. I have been such a fan of Dahlia Adler’s YA romance books that I jumped on the chance to read her first adult, open-door romance, Soon by You. I thoroughly enjoyed the novel, which delves into the intricacies of the Orthodox faith that serve both to unite and to complicate the burgeoning, enemies-to-lovers relationship between Arielle Becker and Judah Klein. After Arielle has a few bridesmaid-related mishaps in one of the many weddings of which she is a part, she revels in raging at Judah for his judginess of her.
